About the Position

We are looking for CNC operators, welders & mechanics for future needs with our clients in Linköping, Motala, Mjölby, and nearby municipalities.

What the Role Involves

The Nordic Staffing Group works proactively to match the right skills for upcoming needs with our clients and is looking for the following competencies:

• CNC operators with previous work experience in turning/milling or multi-operation machines.
• Welders with good knowledge of welding methods TIG, MIG/MAG, or MMA.
• Mechanics with knowledge in maintenance/service and repair who enjoy fixing and tinkering.

Working hours vary depending on assignments, including day, evening, and shift work.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has relevant education at least at the high school level in industrial technology or equivalent.
• Several years of documented work experience in relevant fields such as CNC operator/Welder/Mechanic/Service Technician.
• Good knowledge of reading technical drawings and experience working according to specifications.
• Thrives in an industrial/workshop environment.
• Is flexible as assignments may involve varying working hours and shift work.
• Has a B driver's license, preferably with access to a car.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Forklift & Crane license
• Welding certificates/welding tests

As a person, we want you to be responsible, social and communicative, flexible, positive, organized, and have good collaboration skills as the work takes place at our clients' sites.
